Bola is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, specializing in Operations Management from the University of Lagos. He is also an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School, SMP 19 class.

Bola has acquired over 30 years combined working experience in the Packaging, Food, Construction and Aviation service industries with enviable achievements.

He pioneered and drove a lot of change and improvement processes and projects, with impressive results in the course of this career.  He managed many factory construction and line installation projects, process optimization, and many Engineering and other soft skill projects.

He is a resource person with a wide range of skills and expertise in Business Management, Process Optimization, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Change Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, SAP etc.
