Yosola Popoola

Yosola has professional experience of over 20 years in accounting, assurance and business advisory services. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), from the state of Virginia, USA. She also has a degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.

Her experience includes stints at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (former Coopers and Lybrand) and Partnership Savings and Loans, Lagos, where she was Head, Treasury and Financial Services.

She, thereafter, worked at SOF Technologies in Boston, Massachusetts, USA as an Accountant; Tesoro Petroleum, Auburn Washington as a Retail Accountant and First American Field Services, Sterling, VA as an internal Auditor.

She also worked with Robert Half International, New York as Consultant, providing accounting and financial services that included monthly closing work, variance analysis, account reconciliation, payroll, and financial statement preparation.

Yosola’s specialties include business unit control, accounting, audit and assurance, and forecasting and budgeting.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
